Support academic, athletic success, socialization and mental health for youth.

At Y.O.W. IMPACT, we believe true success for student-athletes goes beyond wins and losses. Our mission is to develop the whole young person—mentally, academically, emotionally, and spiritually—so they are prepared to thrive both on and off the field, grounded in faith, purpose, and character.
Today’s student-athletes face intense pressure from sports performance, academics, family expectations, social media, peers, coaches, teachers, and society. At Y.O.W. IMPACT, we do not simply train athletes—we walk alongside young people, helping them build resilience, confidence, and a strong identity rooted in faith and values that last far beyond the game.
Whether you are a parent, coach, educator, donor, or student-athlete, you are part of this mission. Together, we are creating environments where youth feel supported, families are strengthened, and communities are transformed through mentorship, service, and faith based leadership.

How Program Funding Supports Y.O.W. IMPACT
Program funding allows Y.O.W. IMPACT to bring awareness to mental health in the lives of student-athletes while providing real, faith-based support in the Danville and Tri-Valley community. These funds directly support Impact Night, a monthly gathering held once a month, where student-athletes, parents, teachers, coaches, and community members come together to hear powerful speaking engagements from highly profiled athletes, public figures, and influencers from around the country.
These speakers share real experiences navigating pressure, injury, identity, mental health challenges, and life beyond sports, while reinforcing a clear message: do not give up, you are not alone, and support exists. Impact Night emphasizes advocacy, resilience, and the importance of having people and resources that will walk alongside student-athletes and families through difficult seasons.
This work is not about how affluent a community may appear. Mental health challenges impact student-athletes at every level, in every zip code, and across all socioeconomic backgrounds. Y.O.W. IMPACT exists to ensure every student-athlete has access to support, advocacy, and care, regardless of financial means or socioeconomic disadvantage.
Program funding also allows Y.O.W. IMPACT to support these guest speakers, provide licensed sports mental health professionals on site, and create safe, welcoming spaces where honest conversations around mental health can happen without stigma.
Every contribution directly invests in awareness, education, advocacy, and long-term mental and emotional well-being for student-athletes—on and off the field.

We support mental health, academic accountability, family connection, and faith-based character development. Your support funds youth athletics, counseling resources, and IMPACT Night—helping young people grow with confidence, resilience, and purpose.

Please reach us at randelllewis0108@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes — Y.O.W. IMPACT is specifically for student-athletes because it addresses the unique pressure they face balancing sports, school, and life. The program integrates faith-based guidance, mental health support, and character development to help student-athletes build resilience, identity, and purpose—on and off the field.
Y.O.W. Impact stands apart by combining faith, mental health, and athletics into one unified support system. Instead of treating these areas separately, we meet student-athletes where they are, on the field, in the classroom, and in their personal walk, equipping them with practical tools, mentorship, and purpose-driven guidance for real life, not just game day.
Y.O.W. Impact is successful because it is built on genuine care, lived experience, and trust. Our leadership and staff have firsthand experience as high school and Division I student-athletes, so we understand the real pressures of performance, identity, mental health, and faith—not just in theory, but in daily life. Research consistently shows that student-athletes who receive mentoring, mental health support, and values-based guidance are more resilient, academically engaged, and emotionally stable. By combining empathy, evidence-informed support, and faith-centered purpose, Y.O.W. Impact meets student-athletes where they are and walks with them toward lasting growth on and off the field.
